Can we send emails to just one group of members?
Yes, you can send email updates to members, past visitors, staff or any custom group you define. Because audiences are built from your live member records, the list is always current and you never need to export email addresses into a separate mailing tool to reach the right people.
Can we run member feedback surveys?
Yes, OpenCommunity includes surveys that you can target to a specific audience, such as members of one program or your staff. Responses are collected in OpenCommunity alongside your other records, so you can gather feedback for funders or planning without a separate survey tool.
Can we send the newsletter we write in Google Docs?
Yes, download your newsletter from Google Docs as a Word file and import it into OpenCommunity, and its coloured sections, headings and pictures come through as designed. Pictures are shrunk for email, you can preview it on desktop and mobile, and every email carries an unsubscribe link.
