### How do volunteers log their hours?

Volunteers and staff clock in and out of their program on their phone, shared tablets or on a laptop, so hours are recorded automatically. Every volunteer's hours are shown to admins right away and in real-time, instead of needing to transition timesheet data after the event.

### Can we see volunteer hours by program?

Yes, every volunteer sign-in is tied to a program. That also makes it easier to report volunteer contribution to specific funders, staffing allocation, and also sending out thank-you notes to volunteers :)

### Can members have a volunteer hours requirement?

Yes, there is the option to tie a membership with a volunteer hours commitment, and each volunteer can see their completed hours in the portal. This is used mainly by organizations who offer a discount on membership fees in return for an agreed number of volunteer hours completed during the membership period.
