### How does OpenCommunity help with funder reporting?

OpenCommunity builds reports from live attendance, demographic and revenue data for any month, quarter, year or custom range. You can save the exact table a funder or board asks for, laid out your way, and export it to CSV or print it whenever they ask again.

### Can we report on different people and households, not just visits?

Yes, reports count distinct people and distinct households as well as total visits, and can show new households whose first visit fell in the period. A person who came to two programs is counted once in the total, so the numbers you give a funder are not inflated.

### What are Insights?

Insights point out things worth a look that you might not think to ask about, such as a program getting busier or quieter, regular households who have not visited in a month, or memberships ending without renewal. Insights never name people; they give a count and a link to the list.
